Mailchimp marketing expert wanted

I am wanting to work with a Mail Chimp expert to kickstart my email marketing for my art business. I have some subscribers but I want to group my audience into 4 different groups (different areas of my business), I want to have an opt in landing page and a welcome email for each group. I want to embed a sign up for each group in different areas of my website and I want to set up a template for monthly newsletters for each group. For one of the groups, I want it to be a waitlist (for pet portrait enquiries) with a 3 - 4 email chain automation. I have attached a document outlining the job further and some email banner designs for the templates. I have the free version of mailchimp and would like to keep it that way. I am after a mailchimp expert that may be able to suggest better ways of meeting my email marketing goals or other things that can be done.
