Mailchimp email template fix..additional info for second part of project

I have a mailchimp account, and trying to complete an email template. The email template wasn't built inside Mailchimp, it was completed in plain HTML and has been imported. It isn't matching the template exactly but there is very little left to be done, and Mailchimp has said that it can be completed on the Mailchimp platform, or the 2 design elements and the formatting (which isn't exactly matching the original template) can be finished outside of the Mailchimp platform, but you might need plain HTML experience. This is a very small and simple project, but I have others, and would like to find someone who I can work with in connection to additional emailing projects. Please be a strong communicator, and ask questions when you're not sure. This is small job, but needs to be done quickly. Please submit your interest and relevant experience if: you have the requisite skills (Mailchimp is a huge plus); pay attention to detail so that we will not have to go back and forth; have the time to get this done properly and quickly; and your English is good enough that we can have a conversation because, should this go well, I have additional projects that would require the ability to talk live (on the Freelancer platform).
