Mailchimp - automation

I need a Mailchimp expert for the following project.
User purchases an online course from the website and gets sent a Welcome email (this has already been setup)
User must be able to select the date on which they would like to start the course. On the specified date, a series of emails will be sent to the user. These emails will have course information and will be sent twice a day, in the morning and the evening.
The Welcome email will have a sentance saying "Please click on the link below to select the start date for your course" and there will be a link (you need to create this link)
Mailchimp will open a form page containing their name, e-mail and start date. It must be a unique link for each person with hash password.
User does not need to login. It is automatic. When they submit it will update their record in the Mailchimp. (You need to create this functionality)
The automation emails will start sending from the selected start date.
The emails have all been created already as templates and as a campaign, but they will need to be setup as an automation. (You need to do this)
