Mailchimp Expert

I need help with a mailchimp project that I am working on with a client. She has an RSS feed set up to send emails out on Tuesday & Friday's after her blog posts. However on Friday's it sends an email with her Friday AND Tuesday blog post. The second post in the email (Tuesdays post) doesn't include a title. So it just blends into the first post. Now she doesn't want it to send all her recent posts. Is there a way to set up an RSS feed email (cause its free) to send out her emails after a blog post but ONLY to send the most recent post. So basically just block it to one post at a time. Even just getting the second title to show up would be great but at this point I think she just wants it to only send one post at a time. I put photos of what the email looks like. Please help!
