Mail Chimp Work

I'm not really sure how to se mailchimp. I want to start a campaign, with a new audience, and during that campaign, send out 3 emails, one evey 3 or 4 days. I have a template, see screenshot, but want to take out the photo at the top and remove the background. The 3 emails will then use this template, but each will have different text.
