HTML coding needed for MailChimp Campaign

Please I need someone who can do this for me in a few days - just need you to take my PSD file and create the HTML code I need (with all relevant buttons linked etc) to paste into my MailChimp campaign.

Campaign goes live in a week so must be done ASAP.

I will supply file and links
