Email Automation using Podio, MailChimp and Zapier
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Need someone who is familiar with creating automation using Zapier, Podio and MailChimp. Current automation is set up so it creates a new prospect record in Podio from website form, triggers follow up emails using Zapier and Mailchimp.
The new automation needs to accomplish:
- Adds this prospect record in MailChimp (new mail list)
- Triggers new automation emails (based on filtered type of prospect)
- Adds these sent emails into original Podio record

The project requires:
1. There are multiple choice fields in the prospect web form (in Podio)
2. The email has to have fields customized (First Name), (Instrument) and (Age) in MailChimp.
3. Depending on the choice of the fields, different type of email automation has to be sent. Example, child age is between 4.5 -7.5 years, instrument=piano, then send piano 1 automation etc.
4. Once those emails are sent from MailChimp, a copy of those 2 emails needs to be added to the (NOTES) field in the new prospect record in Podio with a copy sent to a gmail account.
This is a one-time setup, please don't submit a bid unless you have experience with Podio, Zapier and MailChimp and ensure you are able to do ALL tasks expected by the project.
