Editable email template for monthly Mailchimp newsletter

I'm looking for a US-based developer who can take an existing design and turn it into an editable template for Mailchimp. I have the design files ready but will need to make it into a modular template for a monthly newsletter (be able to adjust the background image, text, and images each month). I will also need a footer added to the bottom with the standard unsubscribe & copyright info.
