Database clean up and mailchimp audience

We are looking for someone that can clean up and fix our mailchimp and moosend databases. Need cleaning, tagging, organizing and a plan for future customers. We have customers from around Australia and different activities. We need it organised so our team can send emails to the appropriate people easily.
