Build an Email list for MailChimp

My team and I are looking for someone to help us build an email list with MailChimp. The target audience is potential customers and the industry we are targeting is other (fashion and self development). We also have some specific criteria for adding contacts to the list.. We need someone with experience in MailChimp and email list building who can build and optin list of subscribers for our business. The successful candidate will have a thorough knowledge of email marketing principles and a deep understanding of how to conduct subscriber engagement to drive revenue and customer retention. Ideally the candidate will have prior experience working within the MailChimp platform. Knowledge of HTML/CSS and how to design attractive emails are a plus. All applicants must be able to work with limited direction and independently to adopt a solution-oriented approach in tackling ambiguous problems, and have strong organizational and time management skills.
