Automate Mentorship Acceptance Email Blast

I need to send one acceptance email to about two dozen new members of my mentorship group, but I don’t want to sit in Gmail pasting addresses into BCC. I’ll give you a spreadsheet with 20–25 names and the final email copy (subject line, body, signature). Your job is to distribute that exact message so each recipient gets a clean, individual email—no visible CCs or bulk-send giveaways.

Use whatever approach works best for you—Mailchimp, Sendinblue, a quick mail-merge, or a small script—as long as it’s reliable, keeps my sender address intact, and stays out of spam folders.

Deliverables
• All 20–25 messages sent successfully from my account (or a dedicated sender you set up for me)
• Proof of delivery or a brief confirmation report
• A simple walkthrough or template so I can repeat the process for future cohorts

Everything is ready to go; once we agree I’ll hand over the list and copy, and I’d love to have the emails out within the next day.
