url redirect issue, magento keep removing query parameters from url

Hi our site is removing query parameters from url, and causing a 302 redirect. we sometimes have our query parameters redirect 302 on first load, removing the query params. Here is an example video and log: https://youtu.be/O1L5Wohtr3o we need it fixed, we think its url rewrite issue..
