stripe for magento 1.9 apple/googlepay not calculating shipping cost on product page

magento 1.9 with free stripe extension. the issue is with apple/google pay on product page, where it is not calculating shipping cost.
using standard magento shipping but have paid extension as well
both apple and google pay work fine when going through checkout as it can calculate shipping while proceeding only issue is on product page one button checkout.
i have tried to add as much details as i can, you can ask more questions but i will not negotiate price.
