problem with Quantity and Salable Quantity in magento 2

i have problem in Quantity and Salable Quantity in magento 2.3
some time quantity is 1 and salable quantity is more than this number so customers order and i did not have any quantity more than 1.
some time salable quantity is less than quanitity
while no order is processing!
look to screenshot.. this item i own 1 quantity from this items but in salabale quantity show me 253 so any one can order this quantity!!
so i want some expert to solve this and disable salabale quantity as before in magento v 2.2.x? without making any problem with in items or stock?
