migrate magento site to woocommerce

We have a magento store and we want to move all content to a woocommerce store.

Products, prices, sku, categories, images

Our store has 3,000 products more or less and the site is in godaddy.

Also static pages.

We need a fresh design, fast loading, and responsive.
