magento - sql -vuestorefront- clone magento site

we have a magento 2 site. i have create copy of live site and copy db and past files into vsf (vuestorefront) and db install.
but i have prolbom with getting erorr solution is "SET GLOBAL log_bin_trust_function_creators = 1;"
but it showing access denied
ERROR 1227 (42000): Access denied; you need (at least one of) the SUPER or SYSTEM_VARIABLES_ADMIN privilege(s) for this operation.
the work is to make test site work with vsf2 files that have already been done.
