magento speed optimization

My Magento website is currently loading in more than 5 seconds, and I am not currently using any optimization plugins or tools. I want to optimize the speed for my website, on both mobile and desktop devices. I'm looking for an experienced freelancer who can help me get my website loading up quickly and efficiently.
