magento 2.3 error on cart (You have no items in your shopping cart.)

have problem on Magento 2.3 ,, every time i add products to cart after it says added, the cart saying (You have no items in your shopping cart.), need help solving the problem, or guied me to solve it.
would like if someone who come cross this error.
