magento 9 emails to update

Attached is the layout to follow - mid section only.

- the pink box is for our header and footer (attached)
- the green box is to show you the format I want you to change my templates into. You need to make the text and format a similar style. You can rearrange the text and placeholders as needed to make it look professional (attached)

Update 9 transactional emails to have the following

- add custom header - already have this created

- add custom footer - already have this created
{{block class="Magento\\Cms\\Block\\Block" block_id="footer-email-template"}}

- use all the same TEXT and PLACEHOLDERS from my templates

- clean up the html

- responsive design ***** very important

- template name: Change email / Change Email and Password add additional header above our header with text “ Looks like you made some changes ”
