magento css tasks must understand mobile css

we have a search bar that needs to be 440px on desktop
and less on mobiles < on mobiles the search bar extends over the logo and does not work due to this
you need to make sure that the search bar works on all mobile sizes
the menu needs chaning CSS we want something that looks good as this one looks crap
plus we want the menu to alway extend down not have another extention inside it
we want some one who can make this look nice
