magento 2 I am chasing a magento 2 person to set alter a site thats up and running but needs a few issues sorted

We are having a few issues with reindexing on the site magento 2 and would like this sorted with redirects from a old 1.9 site. There are other issues but this is the one stopping use from turning it on. I need ass the old URLs forwarded corectly we have uploadd the old urls to the new site but cant get the to reindex corectly. We will have heaps more work for the right person. there is heaps on plug ins in this site I dont want a person that is just learning for this task the need to have good english skills and understand and work on task without effecting other areas and effecting other plug ins. I want to work one on one and work this as a long term thing for the right person we have heaps to do.
