integrate vue store front (vue.js) with the existing Magneto 2

we are looking for a developer who has worked with the VSF2 + Magento 2 site with open source https://vuestorefront.io/.
Integration existing M2 backend with VSF2 includes this work out of the box with VSF2 :

What else is not out-of-box but exists on my website:
1. Everything that related to SEO (sitemap / meta tags / gtm and etc.).
2. stripe +paypal
3. There is no out-of-box integration with Magento CMS Blocks / Pages / Footer links. It means there is no way to manage banners, static pages, product widgets, footer links and etc by default. I offer to the clients integration with https://strapi.io/. Strapi is a separate application which allows you to manage content on your front-end application (vsf2).
