re install latest Magento with no theme

I'm not sure what happened but a few weeks after the last work was done the freelancer bailed and I can no longer log onto my web site. I have my server on AWS and I think the best resolution would be to remove and replace the site. It has zero value as it is rclynxhobbyshop.com is what will be worked on. I want it all working so we can log in and make changes as we go. get this done and go from there.
