fix magento login issue / various php errors

I am having a login issue and undefined variable error on my Magento store and need it resolved urgently. To help speed this up, I can provide access to my site's backend, so the issue can be resolved as quickly as possible. This on our test domain and it seemed to happen after moving hosts.
