filter fix magento 1.9.3.10

Ok, my project is:
1) the manufacturarer (producator) filter when applied to products only works on the 1st result page see below. Manufacturer = producator in romanian, and you will find it as producator biciclete, producator casti, producator piese si accesorii, producator haine depending on the category. Image.png shows the first page after applying filter - producator biciclete CTM - to Bicicilete>Copii, and image_01.png shows the 2nd page result of the same filter - the manufacturer filter is no longer applied and the website shows as if no filter was applied
2) if products are on sale - the % sale label only appear on some of the products - see image (1).png
3) if we change the price for a product(eg. KENNY CASCA FULL FACE DOWNHILL White), the correct price appears in product page (image_3.png) and in filtered products page after applying filters (manufacturer = producator casti, tip = full-face to Echipament>Casti)(see image_2.png), but changes to old price if we apply stock filter after (disponibilitate = availability, in stoc = in stock to Echipament>Casti)(see attached image_4.png)
