E-commerce Magento 2 Development
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
This Agreement is made and entered into as of April 16, 2024, by and between:
Abed Tahan, represented by Samira Tahan, hereinafter referred to as "Client", and
DINOTECH SOFTWARE SOL, represented by Harshit Sharma, hereinafter referred to as "Developer".
WHEREAS, Client desires to have a website developed on the Magento 2 platform, and Developer desires to provide such services.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein, the parties agree as follows:
1. Services
Developer agrees to provide the following services for the Client's website:
Magento 2 Site Backups: Regularly upload backups of the Magento 2 website to a test server.
Feature Development: Develop any new features requested by the Client.
Design Changes: Implement any design changes requested by the Client.
Magento 2 Upgrades: Perform upgrades to the latest versions of Magento 2.
ERP Sync Module: Develop a custom ERP synchronization module. As an alternative to expedite the process, utilize a pre-built module until the custom one is complete.
Payment Gateway Integration: Set up Areeba Payment Gateway and potentially integrate other payment gateways.
Data Entry: Assist with data entry for product images and specifications.
Website Maintenance: Perform ongoing maintenance and upgrades to the website.
New Feature Development: Develop new features as requested by the Client.
Website Security: Implement measures to ensure website security.
Website Speed Optimization: Optimize website speed for various browsers and geographical locations.
Website Uptime: Strive for maximum website uptime and minimize downtime.
2. Timeline
The first version of the website shall be launched by June 15, 2024. Developer will keep Client informed of the development progress and address any potential delays promptly.
3. Compensation
Client agrees to pay Developer a recurring fee of $750 every two weeks for the services outlined in Section 1. Payment will be due upon completion of each two-week period.
4. Client Responsibilities
Client agrees to:
Provide Developer with all necessary information and materials for website development.
Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner.
Communicate any changes or requests for additional features promptly.
5. Developer Responsibilities
Developer agrees to:
Perform the services outlined in Section 1 in a professional and timely manner.
Use industry-standard practices for website development and security.
Maintain regular backups of the website.
Communicate effectively with Client regarding project progress and any potential issues.
6. Payment Withholding
Client may withhold payment for services if Developer fails to deliver on any of the agreed-upon tasks as outlined in Section 1. In such a case, Client must provide written notice to Developer specifying the reason for withholding payment.
7. Termination
This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon 30 days written notice to the other party. In the event of termination by Client due to Developer's failure to fulfill their obligations under this Agreement, Client shall only be responsible for payment of services rendered up to the date of termination.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all confidential information obtained during the course of this Agreement confidential.
9. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
