Various tasks for customization of my new Magento 1 template -- 2

Hi everyone,
I am looking for a freelancer that is able to help me with the following tasks.
1. "Add 'Also available as' buttons on each page to create a link between detail pages for postcards and notecards – and vice versa." Our notecard SKUs always start with the letter 'Q'. When you find an exact match between the original postcard SKU and a SKU that starts with 'Q', you know it's a variant product. For example: Postcard SKU: A18187 results in Notecard SKU: QA18187.
Example: above the add to cart option on the product detail page, place the option: Also available as:
Notecard version (QA18187) -> nice design to make it clear to the visitors.
- and vice versa for the notecard page.
2. Inconsistent Search Result Ordering
Issue:
When performing a free-text search (e.g., by artist name), the first page of results appears diverse, the second page seems sorted by relevance, then the third page is again diverse, and so on — alternating between relevance and diversity.
Question:
Why does the order of search results keep shifting between diversity and relevance across pages?

3. Incorrect Translation in English Shopping Cart, maybe other storeviews too.
In the English version of the shopping cart, the label "Shipping & Handling" still shows Dutch text: "Verzendkosten - Verzendkosten".

My maximum budget for this task is €75.
