Upgrading my old Magento 2.3.5 to Magento 2.4.7

You must be a Magento Expert in order to be considered!
Task:
1. Upgrading my Magento shop to 2.4.7 version with the latest security patches. The process should be done on your own server in order to not to effect the current site and its server settings. When it is ready and tested, then you have to install it to my VPS server and my be upgrade the server enviroment if needed.
Page downtime should not be more then 1 hour while the new version of the page is being installed.
2. Installing and customizing Porto Theme to the site! You should have this theme - it is an advantage for getting the project. All the current functionality of my site should work perfectly with the new theme:
Blog extention, buyer feedback (stars), newsletter subscrition, calculationg end showing how much is missiing for free shipping, etc.
I prefer this arrange ment of Porto Theme but in all white:

The menu points will be different then in the current Top Menu design.
3. Loading time should be under 1 second both in Europe and USA and basic SEO optimalization should be done. (Eg. setting canonical URL, site map, robot txt, etc.)
4. At least 30 days warranty and support should be provided for the new site.
5. The whole upgrade process should be done within 10 days at most.
