Updates and Fixes for Magento 2 - Package 1

Work to be done within 2 days, only magento 2 experts to apply:
1- admin long login, also the same for customer and the items added to cart for customers and visitors (all to be 30 days), it is currently not lasting more than 30 mins.
2- sorting on all grid pages not working, to be fixed.
3- shipping method selection to be droplist
4- sliding cart appears and disappears very fast on desktop, it should be fixed, and also if cart is empty, the icon and text appears in wrong place on all views to be fixed
