Update product info on Magento 2 to a shop on Shopee and Lazada

Whenever a product on Magento is saved, whether it's a new one or an existing one, Magento should also update the saved product information (some attributes) to a shop on Lazada and Shopee.
We have registered a developer account on both platforms each with a seller and buyer testing accounts. We also have set up an online Magento 2.4 website (not a production site) where you can test your module.
You should be familiar with API integration and Magento 2.4 and should be able to consult the API documentation of both platforms to satisfy each platform's requirements for adding/updating a product from Magento 2.
