Update mobile site from a magento website

Hello, Our mobile site is not performing and too weak. We need to improve this and possibly rebuild this but only the mobile site and not the desktop version. You need to work in Bitbucket. Please only bid if you can work in bitbcket. The site runs on Magento 2.3 and is a multi store in Dutch (Main site), English and German
