I am looking for a skilled freelancer who can update my current server stack and Magento installation from version 2.4.3 to the latest version.
Oppertunity to do this on Video chat for whole project (fully blocked hours) to allow free and instant answers to questions
Backup:
There is a VM instance you can work on remotely before pushing onto Production server
I have a backup of my current Production server stack and Magento installation, so we can proceed with the update without any worries
Server Stack:
The project requires expertise in Nginx as the chosen server stack and magento prerequisites
Most of this is already built in the VM. The ideal candidate should have experience working with Nginx and assosiated Magento prequsites and be able to handle the update process seamlessly.
Magento Modules/Extensions:
There is no need to update any Magento modules or extensions alongside the Magento itself.
There is no special mods most are from Amasty and should upgrade during Magento upgrade
Skills and Experience:
The ideal freelancer should have the following skills and experience:
- Strong knowledge and experience in updating server stacks and Magento installations.
- Proficiency in working with Nginx and handling server stack updates.
- Familiarity with Magento 2.4.3 and the latest version.
- Good comunicator
- Some familiariry with VMware is a bonus but not a pre requisite
- Attention to detail to ensure a smooth and error-free update process.
- Opertunity to do a video conference during upgrade to chat through issues and share knowledge which would require a 2-3 hour window. The Chat app is slow and even does not deliver Q's in realtime
- SSH will be provided for both Dev and Production site
