Translate some fields on onestepcheckout page in magento 1

Hi everyone,
I am looking for a freelancer who can help me translate some fields in Magento (Magento 1). The fields are now in English and I want to know how I can translate them into German myself. I place the German text myself, I just need to know in which files I can do this (for other languages too). I personally think that some fields are in the database, but I'm not sure where.
I would like to receive your help with this.
In the attachment you can find a printscreen of the texts that I want to translate (onestepcheckout page).
We will work on the development server first, when the files are working we will move them to the live server.
My maximum budget for this task is €15.
