Simple Magento 2 page duplication and product edit

I am looking for a Magento 2 developer who can help me with a simple project involving page duplication and product edits.
Page Duplication:
- I need the entire page to be duplicated, not just a partial duplication.
We have a Magento site that just has one that we want people to install as an iframe on their website. This has been set up as a single page product page

We want to add a landing page that we will fill with html content that takes you to the page https://m2.swwhitelabel.co.uk/
We want to be able to easily duplicate these 2 pages ourselves as each website that has the iframe will be specific content to them.
On each product can we have a hover over feature that we show the short description content
When you click on a product in the product page it takes you to an external designer tool and user then checks out once they have filled basket. This is all done
Change add to Cart button to Start Designing
Remove both add to compare button and add to wish list buttons (Heart and Graph)
