Shopify Website New Build

I want to build a new Shopify store. My website is currently on Magento 2.4. I recebtly migrated from Magneto 1.9 and it has been a disaster. My programmer broke all my Google back links as he did not do any 301 redirects. I have a team working on repairing these now. But I do not see much success so far. So as a fall back plan I would like to develop a new Shopify store on a separate domain I currently hold. Once build we will then simply migrate the product data and orders across. Also hopefully by the time this new Shopify store is build I will have restored some of my Google back links. But it is now 6 weeks since my programmer broke them so I do not have much hope of this. So I want an expert in Shopify site building. No cowboys! Must have many years experience and a good command off spoken English. I do not want to struggle to communicate with the person on this project.
