Ship for me Service - Magento Customized shipping solution

We are looking to add new customization to our Magento like (https://www.myus.com/how-myus-works/)
The customization is in 3 parts
1- Generate Account Number (ID Number) for each customer when signing up - and give the customer local address based on our store location
2- Recive the shipment from the customer process
3- Consolidate the shippment
once we accept the candidate proposal, Then documentation will be availabile with him
