Send Data from/to Magento to Whatsapp

We are running Magento 2.3
We are searching for a solution to:
- Send (automatically OR manually) orders details from Magento to Suppliers who are using whatsapp. Most of the suppliers are in Whatsapp Group, so if the information can be sent to Whatsapp Group, better
- Receive order update from supplier (from whatsapp) to Magento (delivery confirmation for example)
- Send customer order status update (order has been paid, product has been changed, gift message has been updated, order has been delivered, etc...) to Whatsapp from Magento
We would need this ASAP
