Resolve Magento Issues & Upgrade One Extension

Project is to resolve several minor Magento 2 issues: 1. Caches are not automatically being handled correctly and I get a system message regarding cache pages being invalidated. This message does not ever resolve itself via cron jobs being run. 2. When using mass update in catalog to update attributes, the process works, but I get errors regarding the messages presented and it is not possible to clear out the messages. There are also messages displayed indicating server issues. 3. There are a small number (50-100) Magento orders which are stuck in the processing state. I would like these to be fixed and I think that this involves editing the order status in the database. Orders are mostly refunds for orders and the state did not automatically change to closed and for which user is not able to close manually. This task requires some caution as I do not want the orders closed and inventory adjusted because the order was closed. 4. Update Google Shopping extension to latest version which has been purchased but not installed. Please see screenshots for additional detail.
