Remove X-Magento-Vary for customer groups Magento 2

Hi,
Require magento 2 dev to remove X-Magento-Vary cookie from customer groups. Logged in and Guest.
We do not have different page content for different customer groups so want to keep cache the same without generating new varnish cash instance for logged in vs guest customers.
Changes to class magento/framework/App/Http/Context
Dev to be done on your own Magento 2 instance and files sent to us. We would prefer not to modify core files if possible
