Project Title: NetSuite Connector Setup for Amazon Integration
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We are looking for an experienced NetSuite consultant or developer who has prior experience implementing NetSuite Connector (FarApp / Celigo / NetSuite Connector) to integrate an Amazon Seller Central account with NetSuite.
The objective of this project is to properly configure and deploy the connector so that Amazon operations are fully synchronized with NetSuite, including orders, returns, payments, inventory, and product mapping.
Scope of Work
The freelancer will be responsible for configuring the NetSuite Connector and ensuring a stable integration between Amazon Seller Central and NetSuite.
Key tasks include:
• Amazon Account Integration
Connect our Amazon Seller account with NetSuite using NetSuite Connector and configure the required authentication and marketplace settings.
• Subsidiary Configuration
Ensure all Amazon transactions are correctly mapped to a specific NetSuite subsidiary, including proper configuration for currency, taxes, and accounting flows.
• Order Synchronization
Configure automatic import of Amazon orders into NetSuite.
Map customers, items (SKUs), shipping methods, taxes, and order statuses correctly.
• Returns and Refunds Handling
Configure the synchronization of Amazon returns and refunds with NetSuite.
Ensure proper creation of Return Authorizations, Credit Memos, or Refund transactions.
• Payments and Settlements
Configure Amazon settlement reports and map payments, fees, and adjustments properly into NetSuite.
• Product and Inventory Mapping
Map Amazon SKUs with existing NetSuite items.
Configure product synchronization and inventory updates between both systems.
• Shipping and Fulfillment Updates
Ensure fulfillment and shipment tracking updates are synchronized between NetSuite and Amazon.
• Testing and Validation
Perform full testing of the integration to confirm that orders, returns, payments, and inventory sync correctly.
Requirements
Proven experience with NetSuite Connector / FarApp / Celigo integrations
Experience integrating Amazon Seller Central with NetSuite
Strong understanding of NetSuite item mapping, subsidiaries, and accounting workflows
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize synchronization processes
Deliverables
Fully configured Amazon ↔ NetSuite integration
Correct mapping for items, orders, returns, payments, and settlements
Documentation of the configuration and setup
