Porto theme update to custom design on figma

We are searching for a freelancer to re-create the design we have in figma using the Porto 4 theme and Magento 2.4.3.
We have all design already done in Figma, with CSS and details and it needs to be ported to a fresh Magento 2.4.3 install with latest Porto theme 4.0.1.
