Pharmacy ecommerce store (Arabic/English)

we need to build an ecommerce store for a pharmacy:
- Language: Arabic/English
- Currency: one currency
- number of products: around 2000
- platform: preferred Magento

Project should be managed professionally with a project manager where:
- design draft should be submitted for approval before starting implementation
- full cycle admin/user training should be provided
- full testing scenario should be prepared
- data upload plan
- go live plan
