Ongoing Magento 2 Developer

We are in search for a professional Magento 2 developer to work on a ongoing basis.
We need someone with good communication and with a lot of experience working on e-commerce websites.
As well as being a Magento Expert, you need be a stack developer and conversant in many extensions.
Knowledge of Facebook CAPI (Conversion API) is a must.
We currently use AppTrian Facebook Conversion API. However, we have experienced issues with the extension on our Magento 2.4.3 site.
Due to this, we recently made the decision to implement a Facebook Conversation API using Google Server Side tracking and currently have both (AppTrain and Facebook CAPI) running side by side with aim of switching off one when we’re confident Facebook CAPI is in perfect working order.
We also need someone to meticulously evaluate all the current integrations and make specific recommendations on how improvements can be made for a cleaner and more efficient setup.
It would be a bonus if you can improve the overall user experience and site speed performance.
