Need someone who can help me in configuring PORTO magento theme

Hi, Need someone who can help me in configuring PORTO magento theme, you must know Magento, CSS and preferably had worked with PORTO theme. I will send in the change requests and you would make changes to the theme - its going to be simple changes, I just want Porto theme to be Balanced when displayed,

You should also know how best to set values in admin for fast Page Load time, etc...
