Need to develop magneto based scalable portal and mobile application which can handle lakhs of traffic.

Portal will be market place for agent to register and provide their services on portal. With all their reviews, ratings and followers from end customer with their image. End customer can login and view their details through categorical filter. And rate, review and add themselves as followers for agent. Also they when see agents can call them or chat from portal. All calls will be recorded and history of consultation including chats will be made available to them. Payment integration and wallet services will be there for all consultation calls per minute charging will be done and notified to user. Notification for all such calls and also if agents coming online which had been consulted they should be notified. All customer and agents will be allowed to register and maintain profile. Agent registration will be based on data provided by them in excel to load as profile/ they will be controlled by admin for profile edits.
Administrator will have dashboard for all traffic flow and overall revenue related dashboard. There will be customer care related escalation it be informed to administrator . He will be first level admin and can include 2 level admins more for certain control and monitoring for delegating some administrators specific admin tasks.

Portal will be deployable on AWS.
