We have recently built our website using Magento and populated it with products. However, we need your help to create a compelling homepage, remove sample data, deactivate unused custom blocks, and set up a contact form based on Machform. Additionally, our website is available in two languages, English and Slovak, with Slovak being the primary language. We require assistance with translating and updating content, as well as ensuring that our email templates function properly in both languages.
Below is a detailed list of tasks we would like you to complete for this project:
1. Create a visually appealing and user-friendly homepage design that aligns with our brand. Also set up the correct display of categories and an option to create custom static pages which we could add at a later time.
2. Remove sample data from the sample theme.
3. Deactivate unused custom blocks to declutter the site and improve performance.
4. Set up contact page with our contact information and set up a contact form using Machform, ensuring that it works seamlessly in both English and Slovak languages.
5. Fix any translation errors or inconsistencies in the existing content - in pages and interface, not in products.
6. Set up email templates for order confirmation, shipping notification, and other relevant customer communications.
7. Test email templates to ensure they are sent correctly and display properly in both languages.
8. Optimize website performance, including improving page load times and minimizing file sizes.
9. Ensure the site is mobile-responsive and displays correctly on various devices and screen sizes.
Test the website for cross-browser compatibility, fixing any issues that arise.
10. Perform a thorough quality assurance check to ensure that all features work as expected and that the site is free of errors or bugs.
