Mobile speed and Layered Nav for Magento 2

we are looking for a talented developer able to complete this task for Magento 2.3 in 3 days max:
1. fix layered navigation on desktop and mobile site (double block shows on desktop and mobile not showing attributes - check screenshots)
2. Speed performance for mobile site. Now we get around 37/100 and we would like to achieve the score of 80/100 on google speed test)
The site is on a virtual server.
We can provide a guide from "thinkwithgoogle" to achieve better performance.
