Mobile app for an ecommerce site ( ebargain.store)

Only experts in mobile apps and magento should bid for this.
All functionalities of the the e-commerce site need to be incorporated. There are few functionalities are under development and those also need to be incorporated in the mob apps.
All the functionality related to customers and sellers needs to be in the mobile apps. The back end admin section for the e-commerce site are not required. But anything related to sellers to function, need to be in the mobile apps.
Time frame 30 days. extra 10 days with negotiation.
all money will be paid after satisfaction and after the delivery of the mobile app.
Mobile app needs to be compatible for iPhone, android, tablets and any other platform in the market.
Needs to be prompt in opening, no slowing when in action. App will be rejected if not working 100% perfectly in respect of compatibility, function and speed. ( excuse about internet speed/wifi etc will not be entertained)
The email from the e commerce site ( Ebargain.store)sometimes goes to the junk mail of the customers, that needs to be fixed, so that no mails from the eCommerce site goes to customer's junk mail.
