Migration from Magento 1.9 to 2.4 of a Multi-store e-Commerce

Good morning,
the request is to migrate our current multi-store (www.farmaciainternet.it) from the current Open Mage 1.9 version to version 2.4 via the installer integrated to GoDaddy (our host).
REQUEST DETAILS
-> there are 4 sites to be migrated
-> the data to be transferred are those of only 1 site (www.farmaciainternet.it), so 3 of them will be migrated "in blank"
PLEASE READ ALSO
- Requests will be considered from Monday, Dec. 5 onward
- The deadline for the transition is for December 16, 2022
- Quotes above €800,00 will not be considered
- We are asking for confirmation that the new version of the CMS is not pay-as-you-go (NO MONTHLY FEE)
