Responsibilities:
Order Management Integration:
Ensure that all new orders and associated customer and billing details are automatically synchronized from Magento to Dynamics 365.
* Implement mechanisms to handle order updates and cancellations to maintain data consistency across platforms.
Inventory Management Integration:
* Develop processes to reflect any product creation or updates in Microsoft Dynamics 365 within Magento, along with all related product data.
* Ensure seamless synchronization of inventory levels and product availability between Magento and Dynamics 365.
Customer Engagement Enhancement:
* Enable a complete 360-degree view of customers within Microsoft Dynamics 365 to provide them with a rich shopping experience across various channels.
* Implement personalized recommendations and targeted marketing strategies based on customer insights gathered from Dynamics 365.
Multichannel Marketing Integration:
* Establish automatic centralization of all marketing and product/service communication across multiple channels through the integrated business ecosystem.
* Ensure consistent branding and messaging across different marketing channels to enhance customer engagement and brand loyalty.
Operations Efficiency Enhancement:
* Accelerate business processes and eliminate manual data entry by leveraging the integration between Magento and Dynamics 365.
* Minimize errors, save costs, and improve overall operational efficiency through automated data synchronization and streamlined workflows.
Data Synchronization Management:
